For those of you set to return this summer, you'll find several fun upgrades to enjoy at Manitou Watch! We've become super fans of Luxcraft, an Amish, family owned company with a specialty in creating beautiful, high-quality outdoor furniture. You'll notice we replaced the picnic table on our main deck with a large gathering table, perfect for family game night and of course dining alfresco.

We also added a brand new, “floating” Trex deck out on the sand just a few feet from the water. You'll find comfortable chaise lounge chairs perfect for reading or drifting off in the sunshine...a round table with benches where you might enjoy a snack or picnic lunch...and even a cozy seating area featuring a rocking bench, complete with a magical, pull down armrest and cupholders, that has instantly become our family favorite spot for watching the sunset!

Inside, we’ve transitioned to refillable pump bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which are not only convenient, but also better for the environment. And both bathrooms now have detachable shower heads as well. We are continuously replacing items like linens, rugs, bedding, and pillows for comfort and freshness, so you may notice some fun new things in those categories as well. And, I would be remiss if I did not mention the number one most frequently requested addition from OUR kids: a giant, electric, pancake griddle! On its way to your favorite lake house, kids…we promise!
